My name is Eugene Miller and I am the owner of Hi Sky Designs. I spent fifteen years creating decorative plaster finishes throughout NYC for a wide range of residential and commercial projects. I also had a general paint company producing work in interior and exterior settings throughout New York. I recently moved to the Millbrook, NY area with my wife and two children where I hope to continue bringing my expertise and attention to detail to the Hudson Valley region.
